4.3 No Data Preservation Guarantee

We are NOT obligated to store or preserve: Your tutorials, comments, reviews, uploaded assets or media files, account data after termination, or any user-generated content.

We may delete content at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for maintaining backups of any content you wish to preserve.

4.4 Age Restriction

NO user under 16 may create a Toolvoro account. This restriction complies with GDPR and other international data protection laws. If we discover that an account belongs to a user under 16, the account will be terminated immediately.

5. No Professional Relationship; No Agency

Nothing in the Services, including our reviews, comparisons, emails, or communications with you, creates:

Partners and vendors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Toolvoro. You may not represent that you are affiliated with Toolvoro in any way other than as expressly permitted in a written agreement with us.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Content You May Submit

You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, tutorials, or other content (“User Content”) subject to our Content Guidelines.

6.2 Your Representations & Warranties

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

Ownership: You own or control all rights to your User Content
Accuracy: Your User Content is truthful and based on genuine experience
Lawfulness: Your User Content does not infringe rights, violate laws, or contain harmful code
No Conflicts: You are not prohibited by any agreement from submitting the content

You accept full responsibility for User Content you submit and any consequences thereof.

6.3 License to Toolvoro

By submitting User Content, you grant Toolvoro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to: use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, and incorporate into compilations and collective works.

This license permits us to operate, improve, promote, and monetize the Services (including through partnerships and affiliate relationships). You retain ownership of your User Content, but the license you grant is broad and permanent.

6.4 Tutorials Submitted by Users

By submitting a tutorial, you represent that:

You are the author and own all rights
The tutorial is original and not copied from another source
It does not infringe any intellectual property
It does not violate any SaaS licensing terms
It does not contain harmful instructions

6.5 Tutorial License Grant

You grant Toolvoro a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to: publish, display, store, edit (for formatting), promote, translate, and create derivative instructional content.

6.6 No Professional Advice (Tutorials)

Tutorials are not professional advice. Toolvoro disclaims all liability for: damages resulting from tips or steps in tutorials, incorrect instructions, or misused or misunderstood guidance. Users act at their own risk.

6.7 Tutorial Safety Disclaimer

Some tutorials may involve integrations, workflow automation, or complex technical steps. Toolvoro is NOT responsible for: data loss, misconfigurations, API errors, or security vulnerabilities created by following tutorials.

6.8 Our Rights Over User Content

We may, at our sole discretion:

Moderate: Review, edit, or request changes to User Content
Reject: Refuse to publish User Content that violates these Terms
Remove: Delete or disable User Content at any time for any reason
Flag: Label content as sponsored, incentivized, or otherwise material

7. Community Standards

Users may NOT post content that:

Harasses, threatens, or abuses others
Discriminates based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or disability
Contains hate speech
Contains explicit sexual content or graphic violence
Reveals confidential employer or vendor information
Violates halal compliance standards (music tools, inappropriate imagery)
Manipulates reviews or ratings
Solicits products, backlinks, affiliate links, or spam
Promotes illegal or unsafe activity
Uses automated tools to post or upvote content
Misuses the platform for advertising

Toolvoro may: remove content, block users, edit or annotate content, notify vendors or authorities if necessary.

8. Defamatory or Harmful Content (Non-DMCA)

If you believe content on the Services is defamatory, violating your privacy or publicity rights, impersonating you, or otherwise illegal under applicable law, you may notify us at legal@toolvoro.com with the following information:

Your full name and contact details
The URL(s) and a description of the content you are complaining about
The legal basis for your complaint (e.g., defamation, invasion of privacy, impersonation)
A statement that the information you provide is accurate and, if applicable, that you are the person harmed or authorized to act on their behalf

We may, but are not obligated to, request additional information. We will review complaints in good faith and may remove or restrict access to content, or take no action, at our sole discretion. Our decision does not constitute legal advice or a determination of lawfulness.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use Services for any unlawful purpose or facilitate illegal activity
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks
Upload viruses, malware, worms, or harmful code
Use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access content without written consent
Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or create fake accounts
Submit fake, fraudulent, or manipulated reviews
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code

Violations may result in: content removal, account suspension/termination, IP blocking, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content (excluding User Content) are owned by Toolvoro or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Services for personal or internal business purposes.

The Services may incorporate or interact with third-party software, libraries, code, or APIs, including open-source components. Use of such components may be subject to separate license terms. To the extent those licenses grant you additional rights, those rights are unaffected by these Terms. Many links on Toolvoro are affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. There is NO additional cost to you.

We maintain editorial independence. Reviews and comparisons reflect genuine analysis. We do NOT sell positive reviews or suppress negative findings.

We do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you solely based on automated processing. Where automated tools (including AI-based detection) are used to flag or prioritize content for review, final decisions about account suspension or content removal are made by humans, taking into account context and any explanation you provide.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights
Your dealings with third-party tool vendors

This obligation survives termination of your access to the Services.

Toolvoro respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

You may opt out by sending written notice to legal@toolvoro.com within 60 days of first accepting these Terms. Notice must clearly state: “I opt out of arbitration” and include your name, address, email, and telephone number.

17. Export Control

You may not use, export, or re-export any aspect of the Services in violation of U.S. export control laws or economic sanctions. You represent that you are NOT located in a country subject to a U.S. embargo or listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

18. Severability & Assignment

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

You may NOT assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Content Guidelines, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Toolvoro regarding the Services.
