Toolvoro.com ("Toolvoro", "we", "us") is an independent software review and comparison website. Our privacy and data-rights email is privacy@toolvoro.com.
We collect information you provide directly (newsletter sign-ups, contact forms, software submissions, user review submissions) and information collected automatically (analytics data, cookies, referring URLs). For sponsored publishing orders, Stripe may collect business names, software names, official website URLs, selected publication types, buyer email, relevant billing details and payment information. Toolvoro may receive service selections, business/contact information, Stripe transaction references and payment status to screen and fulfill orders. We do not request full payment-card data through Toolvoro contact forms.
We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4) and to remember your theme preference. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Many links on Toolvoro are affiliate links. When you click and purchase, we may receive a commission. This is disclosed prominently on every page. Affiliate tracking uses cookies from third-party vendors, not Toolvoro directly.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the site (email delivery, analytics, and Stripe payment processing) and only the minimum necessary data. Stripe processes payment-card data under its applicable privacy terms; Toolvoro may receive transaction references, purchase descriptions, order custom fields, payment status and business contact details, not full card numbers.
Software-submission and partnership visitors may optionally request information about paid sponsored publication packages. Opt-in is not necessary for free editorial consideration. Toolvoro records consent privately and sends a relevant acknowledgment; it may send the team reminders for manual follow-up. Recipients may opt out using the link in the acknowledgment or contact privacy@toolvoro.com. Commercial lead records are removed after 12 months, except minimal suppression information.
Optional software-vendor publishing updates: When a software-submission or partnership visitor explicitly selects the recurring commercial follow-up checkbox, Toolvoro may send an initial acknowledgement and up to four additional emails approximately 4, 18, 32 and 46 days after that inquiry. These are messages about our own sponsored publishing services, not editorial ratings. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. We record the consent version and date, and stop further automated commercial follow-ups on unsubscribe or when a payment or customer reply is identified. Newsletter subscriptions and this optional vendor-inquiry follow-up program are separate. Contact privacy@toolvoro.com for privacy questions or to request suppression.
Active newsletter subscriber data is retained while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, Toolvoro keeps the minimum suppression record needed to honor your opt-out and prevent future marketing sends. Contact form data is retained for 12 months. For direct commercial orders, minimum order and payment records may be retained as needed for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, refund and accounting requirements. Applicable retention periods depend on legal requirements. A future free promotional drawing will require published entry-retention terms before activation. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (default 14 months).
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Every Toolvoro marketing newsletter includes a visible unsubscribe option, and supported mail providers can also use the one-click unsubscribe header. You can also contact privacy@toolvoro.com. We use HTTPS for data transmission. Toolvoro does not store full payment-card numbers. Direct card checkout uses Stripe-hosted pages. Toolvoro may store restricted, non-card transaction and order metadata for fulfillment and dispute resolution. Toolvoro has no public user-account system; newsletter consent and suppression records are stored server-side outside the public web root.
We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
