This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid partner packages purchased directly from Toolvoro.

1. Free vs Paid Services
Free Services:
- Browsing Toolvoro content is free
- User reviews and comparisons are free to view
Paid Services:
- Enhanced partner listings (Featured, Premium)
- Lead generation features
- Priority support
2. Billing & Renewals
- Billing Cycles: Monthly, annual, or as specified at checkout
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Cancellation: Takes effect at end of current billing period
3. Refunds
Unless a specific order form or promotion clearly states otherwise:
ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do NOT issue refunds or credits for:
- Partial months or years of service
- Unused time within a billing period
- Downgraded plans
- Cancelled subscriptions
3.1 Exceptions (Discretionary)
We may, at our sole discretion, offer exceptions in rare cases of:
- Documented technical problems fully attributable to Toolvoro that prevent use
- Billing errors caused by Toolvoro (duplicate charges, incorrect pricing, unauthorized charges)
Accommodation is voluntary and does NOT create an obligation to provide refunds in the future.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your partner subscription at any time by:
- Following instructions in your partner portal account settings, OR
- Contacting us at partners@toolvoro.com
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
5. Price Changes
We may change pricing for partner packages at any time.
For existing subscriptions: price changes take effect at next renewal. You may cancel before renewal to avoid new pricing.
