2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Send a written DMCA notice to our DMCA Agent containing ALL of the following (required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

- Physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Identification of the infringing material (URL, screenshots)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Good faith statement
- Accuracy & authority statement (under penalty of perjury)
WARNING: Providing false information may result in liability for damages, perjury, or misrepresentation under § 512(f).
3. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice:

We review the notice for completeness

We remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
(typically within 1-3 business days)

We notify the user who posted the material
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing ALL of the following:
Required Elements:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of removed material and its prior location
- Good faith statement (under penalty of perjury)
- Consent to jurisdiction
- Your contact information
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we wait 10-14 business days. If the complainant does NOT file a court action, we may restore the material.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Toolvoro terminates accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Users with multiple substantiated infringement claims may have accounts suspended or terminated. This policy is required for DMCA safe harbor protection.
