Toolvoro Partner Content Guidelines

Clear, helpful, and unbiased content makes Toolvoro a trusted resource for users. These guidelines ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all partner-submitted tutorials and guides.

1. Purpose of Partner Content

Partner content should:

Content Philosophy

Tutorials explain “how to do X.”

Guides explain “how to choose or understand Y.”

2. Content Types Allowed in Phase 1

Partners may submit:

Tutorials

Hands-on, instructional content:

  • Step-by-step instructions
  • Screenshots or workflow examples
  • Advanced feature highlights
  • Screen recordings (faceless)
  • Process demonstrations

Guides

Strategic, educational content:

  • Best practices
  • Strategic explanations
  • Comparison of approaches (but not competitor-bashing)
  • Industry insights
  • Use case breakdowns

Video Content

Screen-focused demonstrations:

  • Faceless screen recordings preferred
  • Focus on the tool, not the person
  • No background music
  • Clear voiceover or captions
  • Professional quality required

Video Content Requirements

We prioritize content quality over personality.

All video submissions must:

  • Be faceless – Focus on screen recordings, tool demonstrations, and workflows (no talking heads)
  • Contain NO background music – Let the content speak for itself
  • Use clear audio – Professional voiceover or well-written captions
  • Show actual tool usage – Real demonstrations, not promotional fluff
  • Maintain professional quality – Clean recordings, clear resolution (1080p minimum)

Why faceless? We want users to focus on learning your tool, not watching a personality. This keeps content timeless, professional, and focused on value.

3. Monthly Content Limits

All paying tiers (Booster and above) may publish:

Up to 4 pieces of content per month (total)
